Langricks was founded in Cheshire in 2009 by Chris and Camilla Langrick and in 2019 they expanded their reach by purchasing Michael Bell & Co Chartered Accountants in Holmfirth near to where they live, and where Chris was born and bred. Michael Bell’s practice had a strong 30 year history of providing accounting services to clients locally and nationally, since Chris and Camilla took it on they have extended the office and grown the team with the business now 30 strong across the two offices.

They aim to provide a true ‘cradle to grave’ service, helping start-up businesses get underway, looking after all of the compliance requirements with the accounts, corporation tax, personal tax, payroll, audit and VAT, then advising business owners with a growth strategy, creating a forecast plan and assisting with an exit of the business whilst making sure adequate business and shareholder protection is in place and that tax planning is considered along the journey. They also help prepare for retirement, with pensions / investment support and inheritance tax planning through their partnership with Pareto Financial Planning.

Langricks are proud to sponsor the Holmfirth Food and Drinks Festival as one of the many local events and community groups that they support, they enjoy seeing the huge numbers of visitors that the festival brings in each year as it really showcases all that Holmfirth has to offer.
